Our Advantages

Microprocessor Controlled Carburetor Engines

MightyPower Series generators are the revolutionized models from our basic economical DiamondPower Series. The onboard microprocessor and O2 sensor control the carburetor in such a way as to ensure the delivery of the best possible 14.7:1 air/fuel mixture to the combustion chamber(s). It compensates more fuel for cold engine and more air at the high elevation without physical carburetor adjustments. The microprocessor also controls the igniting timing precisely. Natural gas has different ignition timing than propane and gasoline. Even a perfect mixed fuel cannot burn completely inside the combustion chamber if the ignition timing is too retarded or advanced. The exhaust gas from incomplete combustion contains excessive harmful carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrous oxide (NOx). The engine suffers excessive vibration, power loss and shorter life span, let alone waste of energy.

Our Multi-Fuel models under the MightyPower category are equipped with microprocessor. MightyPower Series accommodate Gasoline, Natural Gas (Methane), Propane (LPG), and Swamp Gas in one unit at any time without modifications or adjustments. The onboard microprocessor delivers the right mixture at the right timing when a fuel is used. It gives you an easier start and smoother run, regardless of the imposition of any sudden electrical load on the generator, which continues to run just fine without any adjustments to the carburetor. The powerful and stable sparks generated and controlled by the microprocessor make the engine run faster for the same amount of fuel. Thanks to our state-of-the-arts multi-spark-discharge technology that handles the fuel mixture and spark ignition timing so precisely. The onboard microprocessor firmware is updatable through a PC RS-232 port by an authorized technician.

We have priced these generators from 2kw portable to 60kw standby unit at such an affordable level that we strongly encourage you to protect our environment. You will be surprised at the performance of these MightyPower generators without being surprised by their prices.

Electronic Fuel Injected Engine

The 1990 Subaru Justy was the last car sold in the United States to have a carburetor although EFI has been around since 1950s. An engine's air/fuel ratio, 14.7:1, must be accurately controlled under all operating conditions to achieve the desired engine performance, emissions, functionality, and fuel economy. Our EFI microprocessor in the JetPower Series meters fuel very accurately and precisely, and use closed loop fuel-injection quantity-control based on feedback from an oxygen sensor (O2 sensor) installed in the exhaust manifold. This enables fuel-injected engines to minimize fuel consumption, optimize performance and reduce emissions than comparable carbureted engines.

EFI engines are mounted on the JetPower Series designed mainly for residential and commercial standby power generators with two or more cylinders running on gasoline engine. The onboard microprocessor, firmware upgradeable, has been developed for automotive EFI application known as Engine Control Unit (ECU). It has passed nine stringent emission tests in Beijing, China. Automotive ECU is far too sophisticated for power generator’s EFI system and we have modified it for application to power generators.

The benefits of EFI engines :

  • Higher performance
  • Less pollutant
  • Low maintenance
  • Longer engine life
  • Better fuel economy
  • Less moving parts
  • No fuel/air mixture adjustments
  • Smoother and more dependable engine response when loaded

True Sine Wave Digital Power Generators

The forthcoming second-quarter true sine wave power inverter/generator delivers unparalleled performance. It reduces the RPM to idling speed when there is no electrical loading, yet maintains the stable frequency to drive the electric motors and other appliances that require true sine wave power source, thanks to our onboard engine microprocessor. As a result of computer controlled variable RPM speed, not using gears to step up the output shaft speed, the engine runs slower than the traditional 3600 RPM for 60Hz or 3000 RPM for 50Hz alternate currents. The digital power generators produce very clean AC power at lower RPM, improve fuel-economy and emit less pollutant to the air.
